Her passion for supporting small business owners led her to establish Herrington Consulting, a boutique HR firm, to guide employers through the complex world of HR. Jenny is a true expert in her field and holds multiple credentials, including being a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a certified HR Consultant, HR Business Partner, and Training and Development Specialist.
Jenny has been a guiding light for hundreds of small business owners across all 50 states. Her extensive experience and knowledge ensure that each owner is informed and empowered to protect their business and set their most valuable resource, their people, up for success.
Jenny earned her social science, mathematics, and education degrees at Biola University and lives with her family in Southern California.
